Air atomizing nozzles are ideal for producing extremely fine droplets. The liquid is either conveyed by using a pressure device (via a pump, pressure vessel, etc.) or is sucked in by compressed air and is finally mixed with compressed air to produce a fine spray mist. The ratio between the pressure of the compressed air and the liquid determines the angle of the spray and how fine the atomization will be. To accomplish this, naturally, appropriate regulation of pressure and flow is indispensable.
